Shipping & Returns
We aim to process your order within 72 hours of it being placed. Please allow for 10 working days for manufacturing. Any urgent orders, such as gifts that are time sensitive, must be communicated to us via email and we can prioritise them. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with queries.
Yellow Jewellery only ships orders Monday to Friday, during office hours, and does not operate on public holidays.
Once an order has been registered and payment accepted, and order shipped, it is in the courier service. We are not liable for any errors made by these services.
Once you have received your parcel, please open it with care. Yellow Jewellery is not liable for any items damaged during the opening of your parcel. Any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays for which we will not be responsible.
All sales are final sale. We do not offer refunds. If you are not satisfied with your order we can offer an exchange within two weeks of receiving the item. If you receive a broken item we will send you a new item. Alternatively we offer store credit on broken items at the purchase price. This doesn't include delivery costs.
We want all of our customers to be happy with purchases made at Yellow Jewellery. However, if you receive any products that you are unhappy with, you may contact us within 2 weeks of receiving it and we will offer you a store credit of the item. The purchase price is the amount you paid for the product and does not include any delivery costs.
All products are returnable, excluding:
- Special Order
- Custom-Made Jewellery
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons) and
- All Products bought on sale
Products returned must be unused, unworn, and undamaged. We shall have no obligation to accept any return that we receive after the expiration of the applicable return period (2 weeks after receipt of your parcel). Please ensure when returning the parcel that the Products are properly protected.
We are not held responsible for the damage of chains. Chains are delicate by nature and care needs to be taken when wearing them. All chains will be charged a replacement fee of R150 (sterling silver) and between R800 - R1000 depending on length (gold).
If you wish to exchange a product, you will be given a store credit that you will be able to use towards your next order. Please be aware that any purchases made with store credits are processed as a new order and standard shipping costs and delivery times will apply.
You are not responsible for shipping costs of returning the item. We recommend using a courier to return items, as we are not liable for any items lost in the post.
